Gratitude Cultivates Abundance Mentality

Gratitude is the key to our experience of abundance. It is how we learn to receive so that we are able to come into alignment with our true self. When we are grateful, we give thanks for what we have. We do not dwell on what we don't have. We celebrate the beauty that exists in our life.

Giving We Receive, Grasping We Lose

Generosity is paradoxical. Those who give, receive back in turn. By spending ourselves for others’ well-being, we enhance our own standing. In letting go of some of what we own, we ourselves move toward flourishing. This is not only a philosophical or religious teaching; it is a sociological fact... In failing to care for others, we do not properly take care of ourselves.

Whoever Refreshes Others Will Be Refreshed

The generous will prosper; those who refresh others will themselves be refreshed. To teach is to learn twice, whoever brings blessing will be enriched, and one who waters will themselves be watered.
