Objective of Beta Testing
The primary goal of our beta testing phase is to identify and resolve any issues, enhance usability, and ensure that Generos meets the community's expectations in fostering generosity and impact. Your active participation and feedback will help us achieve these objectives.
Features to Test
During the beta phase, we invite you to explore various features, including:
Logging Daily Intentions
Creating, joining and participating in Generos Circles
Completing Challenges
Participating in Operation Love Bomb
Your Role as a Beta Tester
Explore: Engage with the platform extensively. Try different features, experiment with the tools available, and navigate through the interface.
Observe: Pay attention to your experience. Note what feels intuitive, what confuses you, and any bugs or errors you encounter.
Report: Provide detailed feedback on your experience. This includes reporting bugs, sharing insights on usability, and suggesting improvements.
In-App Feedback Feature
As part of our commitment to making Generos the best platform for our community, we’ve integrated an In-App Feedback Feature that allows you, our valued beta testers, to easily share your insights, suggestions, and concerns directly within the app. This feature is designed to capture your real-time feedback, ensuring that your voice is heard and acted upon.
How It Works:
Access Anytime: Find the “Feedback” section prominently displayed at the bottom of the Home page. A single tap opens the feedback form.
Feedback Types: To help us better understand your feedback, please categorize it by selecting the most appropriate type: Like, Dislike, Love, Hate, Confusing, or Wish To See.
Detailed Input: You’re encouraged to provide as much detail as possible. Describe your experience, suggest improvements, or report bugs.
Why It’s Important: Your feedback is invaluable to us. By using the In-App Feedback Feature, you’re directly contributing to the refinement and improvement of Generos, helping us create a platform that truly embodies our collective vision of generosity and impact.
Beta Testing Best Practices
Be thorough: The more you explore, the more valuable your feedback will be.
Be specific: When reporting issues or suggesting improvements, provide as much detail as possible.
Be constructive: Our goal is to improve. Constructive criticism is not only welcome but encouraged.
